There are smudges on print on the near edge of the paper. I replace the thin film near the transfer roller because it touches the transfer belt. The problem is fixed.

The problem is when you print one side only the paper will exit on the upper tray that is for reverse paper exit. i just change the sensor on the reverse exit and it turned out okay. if you encounter problem such as this one, try what i did.
problem is E-19 on Riso ks500 after I did a test mode on Tph pressure motor. pressure motor is not working. I also tested the main motor and the clamp unit still they don't work. I have suspicion on the power supply unit because motor have direct connection to the motors. After I replace the power supply with service unit, the machine work very fine.
error reading test pattern when performing gradiation adjustment. i tried cleaning the flatbed glass and still the problem persisted. I replaced the transfer belt kit and imaging unit cmyk thinking that the problem occurred due to poor color production but failed. I check the paper size and find out it did not match. so i change the paper setting and perform gradiation adjustment and it is successful.

Problem usually occurs when machine is placed in dusty place, roadside.
Just clean the print head, scanner mirrors.
machine will be ok.
the problem takes place when i installed i printer using 6ft centronic (lpt cable). it prints on different paper size like a3,b4, custom paper. i test the driver i'm using to another PC with the same printer but on usb cable. the driver works fine. i try again with 6ft centronic cable problem is still there. i connected the centronic cable 1 mtr. and it turn out fine. the very problem is the centronic 6ft cable.
i have encountered c2451,c2452,c2453,c2454 on ineo 6500. the problem occurred after i change the developing unit and developer. the proper way to replace the developer is to
1.) Turn off machine.
2.) Get the developing unit from the machine.
3.) Insert the new developing unit.
4.) Turn on machine and go to service mode.
4.) Load the developer using the automatic developer charging.
5.) Perform toner sensor init on the developing unit you just change. select exact color you want to initialize.
then perform toner sensor check. check if the value is 120 to 130.(this range will not return an error.)
6.) Go to the user mode to check if there is no more errors.
repeat process until done.
